"From the 1st June 2008 it was considered desirable for customers to have access to food hygiene information in order for them to make informed choices as to where they may wish to shop or to eat out within the Borough of Telford and Wrekin. The council is using a "scores on the doors" scheme published on the council's website. This will allow everyone in the borough to know what the standards of food hygiene are like in your food business." |
